    This is a Sterling Lighting a division of Scovill Lighted twin sided EXIT sign. This is a NEW old stock item and is complete as it came from the factory including instruction sheet. This can be used either pole mounted or wall mounted. The only thing you will need is the light bulb(s) to match your voltage choice 120V or 277V etc. The only issue with this unit is the box shows extensive shelf wear.
